Makai Surf is a special place, with spectacular views, high-quality furnishings, and a superb location in a great complex. You would expect to pay premium rates for this unit, but we try to make it affordable for both short and long stays by setting our rates below those for other units at the Kihei Surfside complex.

Deposits, cancellations, and other policies

Deposit requirements:

  • A $200-$500 deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
  • The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We hope you don’t have to cancel, but if it happens:

  • If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75.
  • If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
  • We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.

Check-out time: 11 AM
